Free Colorocity Theme for Bold 9700, Tour 9630 and Curve 8900 OS 5.0

Hi folks.. we are back after one and the half month of break. For our first post, we are presenting a very cool theme created by Rachel Garling which is called Colorocity Theme, it works on Blackberry Bold 9700, Tour 9630 and Curve 8900 running OS 5.0. This great theme is also available in 6 different colors, they are pinkocity, tealocity, purpleocity, greyocity, redocity and greenocity.

Specs:

  • Blank home screen with weather slot (slot 7 on apps screen)
  • Hotkeys: spacebar for QL and $ for SMS/MMS
  • Everything is the theme’s color, including the font.
  • Everything has been skinned – icons, signal icons, battery, buttons.. etc.
  • Hidden dock version has a hidden today and weather slot.
  • Hidden today available on icons 1-5
  • Icon 6 points up to weather slot
  • Scroll up on hidden today to hide the dock and today entries
  • Scroll left on the weather slot to hide the dock and get off the icon

Free BBZen Pro Theme for Blackberry Bold 9700

BBZen Pro is a new released theme for the Blackberry Bold 9700 created by Natemz. This is a customized and tweaked version from the Precision Zen,  there are no animations, hidden docks but that doesn’t mean this isn’t a nice theme. He added the normal weather slot in the banner along with and OCD slot. $ key Launches SMS and Spacebar launches QuickLaunch. Bold 9700 users should give this theme a tryout and remember to do a battery pull after installing the theme. Enjoy the Free Blackberry Bold 9700 Theme.

Free FIFA WorldCup 2010 Application for Blackberry

The FIFA 2010 WorldCup is approaching as it is set to kick off on June 11th in South Africa. The folks over at S42 and ZonaBlackberry have released a Free Blackberry application for the soccer fans to keep up with all the action. The app has a pretty decent look, with access to live score updates, calendar integration and team statistics and is available in two languages, Spanish and English.

For people having issues with the language shown in the app, within the app press the MENU Button > Configuracion > in “Seleccione su idioma” pick Ingles, then press “Guardar”… the app will tell you that it needs to close the app to take the new settings. When you open it again it should be in English.
